Wafa Hmoud has 13 years of experience as family nurse practitioner and specializes in pulmonary and sleep disorders. She cares for patients with a range of lung conditions, including those who are suffering from lung diseases that are related to long periods of smoking or recent exposure to COVID-19.

Wafa’s philosophy of care is to conduct proper diagnosis and treatment, as well as to educate patients about their health. “I would like my patients to know that my father passed away when he was 50 years old due to heart and lung disease after long years of exposure to fumes from smoking cigarettes,” she says. As a nurse practitioner, she hopes to be able to provide her patients with better health outcomes and improve their lives.
