Online Appointment Scheduling Changes

Please note on March 1, 2025, we will be moving to a new patient portal and online scheduling system called MyChart. While we transition to our new online scheduling system, please note the following important information:

  • Between February 17 and February 28, you may continue to existing online scheduling links (MHD) from our website, however our current scheduling system will only display bookable appointment dates through February 28.
  • During that time, if you’d like to schedule an appointment for a date that occurs after March 1, please call your providers office for assistance.
