About Provider Teresa Hervada, MD:

Dr. Teresa Hervada is a board certified family physician since 1997. A native of Spain, she received her medical degree from Santiago de Compostela Medical School. In 1987, she moved to North Carolina where she worked on research at a pharmaceutical company. Missing patient contact, she decided to go back to clinical medicine, completing her Family Practice residency at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers, New York. Later she served as House Officer and Hospitalist before transitioning to family medicine practice in 2013.

Dr. Hervada lives in the Bronx with her husband and one of her sons.
