Sara Sochaczewsky, APN

Sara Sochaczewsky, NP graduated from Touro College School of Health Sciences at the top of her class and was granted the Academic Excellence Award for her 4.0 GPA. She started her nursing career at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn on the Maternal Child Unit in 2011. Sara completed her training as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain College of Nursing, and immediately pursued her passion for Pediatrics by working in the Nursery at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and then joining Optum in 2022. She lives in Jackson NJ with her husband and four wonderful children. Her warmth and pleasant demeanor is evident in each and every one of her patient encounters.
