Dr. Marc Berman is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Berman attended Binghamton University with a BS in Psychobiology and attended graduate school at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a three-year surgical and hospital-based residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, and served as chief resident during his final year of residency.
Dr. Berman provides a wide range of podiatric care including conservative and surgical treatment of the foot and ankle; treatment of plantar fasciitis, bunion and hammertoe surgery; foot surgery; podiatric sports medicine, wound care; and diabetic foot care. Dr. Berman is on staff St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, Clara Maass Medical Center and is on staff at the St. Barnabas Wound Care Center. He also teaches and trains residents, and lives with his wife Farrah who is an emergency room Physician Assistant and his three children.
