Lynn Ann Hawkins, MD, PhD, FAAP

Dr. Lynn Hawkins has more than 30 years’ experience as a pediatric endocrinologist and pediatrician. She values the relationships she has developed with many families over the years. She feels privileged to be a pediatrician for the children of some of her, now adult, former patients. Dr. Hawkins stresses the importance for parents to have a good understanding of their child’s health condition(s) for the child to have a good health outcome. As such, she takes the time to explain diagnoses and treatments to parents and caregivers in a language that they understand, and she encourages them to ask any and all questions. Her favorite hobby is gardening and believes that, like a plant, children need the nurturing and care for optimal growth!
