Office and Urgent Care Closures

Long Beach Urgent care will be closed on Thursday, April 24, Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26. We will reopen on Sunday, April 27,  for normal hours.

Plainview Urgent care will be closed on Friday, April 25 and Sunday, April 27.

Extended Hours in Lake Success  will be closed on Sunday, May 11, Sunday, May 25, and Monday, May 26.

The Croton-on-Hudson lab is temporarily closed until further notice.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m.–12 p.m.

Virtual class

Prenatal classes will cover:
  • When to leave for the hospital
  • Coping techniques: relaxation, massage and partner support
  • Help you might need with pain, including an epidural (a shot of medicine into your spine)
  • Stages of labor and delivery

The Baby Steps class will cover:
  • When your baby may learn certain skills
  • Baby basics, including bathing and how to diaper
  • How to comfort your baby when they cry
  • How to bond with your baby
  • When and how your baby will sleep
  • How to tell if your baby is getting sick
  • How to select an Optum pediatrician
  • What to expect during your hospital stay and your pediatric visits
