Type 1 Diabetes Summit

Our Optum team was proud to sponsor and participate in the Breakthrough T1D Community Summit on September 21 in Hudson Valley. This event is an educational and networking opportunity for those with type 1 diabetes (T1D).

Our very own Drs. Danielle LoGiurato, pediatric endocrinologist; Diane Cicatello, developmental and behavioral pediatrics; and Jill Brodsky, chief medical officer, hosted breakout sessions where they spoke to attendees to raise awareness and share valuable resources for better diabetes management. We are grateful to all who attended this event and visited our table.
