Office and Urgent Care Closures

Due to inclement weather, Optum Urgent Care will close locations in Dutchess, Putnam, Ulster and Westchester counties at 5 p.m. today, Sunday, January 19.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday hours – Select Optum Urgent care locations and specialties will have holiday business hours Monday, 1/20.

The Croton-on-Hudson lab is temporarily closed until further notice.

As of November 20,  the Urgent Care in Carmel has moved to 100 Independent Way, Brewster NY.

Visiting our lab drawing stations for specimen collection/drop off:

  • Optum Medical Care lab draw stations accept lab orders from Optum Medical Care providers only.
  • Walk-ins accepted – no appointment is necessary.
  • Our specially trained phlebotomists work with patients of all ages, including children.
  • Testing services include chemistry, coagulation, hematology, molecular, pathology and serology.
  • Results are typically available within 24-72 hours, depending on the test. Some specialty tests may take longer.
  • The 21st Century Cures Act is a federal law that requires all healthcare providers release results to patients as soon as they are available. Please know your provider will contact you with any results that are of particular concern. Of course, if you have additional questions, you should always reach out to your provider.
  • Lab testing is primarily conducted by Quest Laboratories, unless otherwise specified by you or your provider. Please note: our lab system automatically routes specimens to the appropriate lab based on your insurance.
