Sharon Pagan, FNP, FNP-BC is a family nurse practitioner. She has 10 years of supervised experience as director of nursing for an ambulatory endo-surgical center, where she successfully completed a walkthrough from the New Jersey Department of Health inspection under a strict time limit.
She has 17 years of emergency nurse experience and she also worked as an emergency nurse at a level one trauma unit at the University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. As a bilingual family nurse practitioner who speaks English and Spanish, she has provided exceptional care to her patients in Secaucus, New Jersey for the past five years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was able to work under pressure and adjust to stressful environments by committing to the health care needs of the company and patient population. She is committed to the wellness of every patient of the general and family population, serving all ages from newborns and up. She is dedicated to promoting an environment that enhances patient experiences, cultivating great relationships and giving best care possible, resulting in good patient care delivery. She was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey and is now a resident of Sussex County. She is married with three boys. During her free time, she likes to go for walks with her dog and her youngest son.
