Margaret Chen, MD, FACS is Chief of Breast Surgery. Dr. Chen has mentored over 90 fellows, residents and students; helped to design and implement educational curriculums to train doctors; and assumed the Chair of Scientific and Continuing Education at the American College of Surgeons Brooklyn and Long Island. She is also advancing SAVI SCOUT radar localization technique, hidden scar lumpectomies, and nipple and skin sparing mastectomies.
