Leticia Gonzalez, LCSW cares for Riverside’s patients in our Rutherford, Hoboken Maxwell, and North Bergen locations. She completed her undergraduate degree at Kean University in 2004 with a Bachelors in social work. Leticia also has a Masters of Social Work from New York University in 2005. She has worked for four years with children and Adolescents and an additional 5 years in Community Mental Health in the Ryan White Program. Leticia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and was awarded President of Phi Alpha Social Work Honor Society from 2003-2004. Not only is she an exceptional clinician, but has also written a manuscript for a children’s book that focuses on discussing and copy with feelings related to immigration.
Leticia’s special interests include LGBTQ population, HIV/AIDS, Sleep/Insomnia, Child/Adolescent, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Family and Peer Relational Difficulties, OCD, Immigration, and ADHD in Adults and Children. Her personal philosophy with patient care is, “I believe in the courage that our clients have as they embark on the process to change.” Leticia is also fluent in Spanish and Galego fluently and understand Portuguese.
