Leonor Vivas Ramos, MD

Leonor V Ramos, MD, graduated from medical school at the University of the City of Manila in 1990, with a full scholarship. She completed her Family Practice Residency from 1996 to 1999 at UMDNJ at St. Mary Hospital in Hoboken, NJ. She has 25 years of experience working at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Jersey City, NJ, and sees patients 19 years of age and older.

Dr. Ramos believes that showing empathy is very important in our day-to-day interaction with patients, and that educating patients and empowering them to take control of their own health is also very important.
