Kathryn Palomba, NP, graduated with honors in 2016 from Concordia College with a bachelor's degree in nursing and earned her master's degree in nursing from Mount Saint Mary College in 2023. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she was a member of the National Nursing Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau. Kathryn brings over five years of experience as a Registered Nurse, having worked at Montefiore Children's Hospital on a pediatric floor where she cared for a diverse group of children with complex medical histories. Her nursing expertise spans gastrointestinal, respiratory, and cardiology subspecialties, focusing on children from birth to age six.
Kathryn discovered her passion for pediatric primary care while working alongside an Optum Pediatrician, attending to children during both sick and well visits. She finds great joy in watching children grow and develop, which is one of her favorite aspects of working in pediatric primary care.
Outside of her professional life, Kathryn is married and a proud mother to her daughter. In her leisure time, she enjoys quality moments with her husband, daughter, and their two cats, exploring nature, and traveling to new destinations.
