About Provider Joel Musicant, MD:

Dr. Joel Musicant has been practicing Gastroenterology in Ocean County for 28 years. He is the chairman of the Gastroenterology subsection at Monmouth Medical Center southern campus. Dr. Musicant practices general gastroenterology and hepatology (the study of liver disease), with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. He diagnoses and treats gastrointestinal bleeding and pain, diarrhea and constipation, nausea and vomiting, difficulty swallowing as well as hemorrhoids and gall stones. Dr. Musicant strongly believes listening to his patients’ expression of their concerns is paramount to quality care.
