Dr. Idris Ali is an Internal Medicine physician with a special interest in primary care medicine. He received his training at St. Joseph Hospital Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey, within the Internal Medicine department. There, he rotated with specialists in infectious diseases, cardiology, endocrinology, hematology, oncology, and gastroenterology. Dr. Ali was responsible for admitting and discharging patients in the hospital and gained significant experience in the Intensive Care Unit, working with ventilators, administering intravenous medications, and assisting in the placement of central venous lines. He passed his board certification exam in August 2024.
Dr. Ali's educational journey began in 2016 at St. George's University, where he graduated with a medical degree in 2024. His expertise includes managing common illnesses such as colds, flu, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol. He has a deep understanding of how these conditions can lead to severe health issues like cardiac arrest, strokes, and kidney disease, and is committed to protecting and extending the lives of his patients through effective disease management.
