Dr. Guss is the Medical Director at Advanced Endoscopy & Surgical Center, a premier AAAHC and Medicare-certified and New Jersey-licensed ambulatory surgical facility in Eatontown, where he performs colonoscopies and other diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. In addition, he served as Chief of Gastroenterology for a medical group for more than twenty years. Dr. Guss is also Chief of Endoscopy at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, one of the regions premier medical centers, where they use innovative medical and surgical treatments and the latest diagnostic treatments to treat the full range of digestive diseases.
Community minded, Dr. Guss, an Eagle Scout himself, served as a Cub Scout Assistance Cub Master and as well as an Assistant Scout Master for the Boy Scouts in his hometown. He is an avid Yankees fan and enjoys playing competitive tennis and spending time with his wife, daughter and son.
