Gagan Beri, MD is a classically-trained gastroenterologist who specializes in colon cancer screening, acid reflux (GERD), abdominal pain evaluations, anemia, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Celiac Disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and liver, pancreas, and biliary disorders. He has over 15 years of experience with complex gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, and has personally performed over 1, endoscopies and colonoscopies during that time.

Dr. Beri is known for his personalized, detail-oriented approach to patient care with an emphasis on educating patients on their specific condition so that they are empowered to live their best life. He truly believes that today, patients should not have to choose between exceptional patient care and exceptional bedside manner. He served as past-president of Coastal Healthcare. Dr. Beri enjoys mentoring medical students and residents on patient care specifically as it relates to GI. He has authored numerous articles in the field of gastroenterology on topics such as patient safety during colonoscopy, Barrett’s esophagus and emerging technologies in GI - capsule endoscopy. When not practicing medicine, he loves cooking, playing tennis, traveling, and learning about art and history.
