Charity Excel Okechukwu, NP, FNP-C

Charity Ngozi Excelokchukwu, MS, FNP-C is a board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has been providing primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations since 2021. Prior to obtaining her Nurse Practitioner degree, she worked for over 15 years as a registered nurse within multiple medical and surgical units, including cardiology and internal medicine. Charity is very compassionate and believes in the motto: "caring for life."

Charity was born in Nigeria and moved to United States at young age. She speaks English and Igbo.
