Starting Wednesday, September 3, the Town of Fishkill will be closing and paving the portion of Merritt Blvd that connects to Route 9.

Important Detour Information:

  • This road closure will require patients to take a detour that may add at least 20 minutes to travel time.
  • The detour route passes through school zones, and local schools will be in session starting next week. Please plan accordingly and drive safely.

As of September 15, 2025, Plainview CardiologyGastroenterologyPrimary Care at 1181 Old Country Rd and Primary Care at 789 Old Country Rd have relocated to a new, state-of-the-art multi-specialty center at 1600 Old Country Road in Plainview.

How do I opt-in for Fast Pass appointments and Wait List updates?

Log in to your MyChart account and open the menu, which appears near the upper-left corner.

  1. Select “Communication Preferences”, which will appear within the “Account Settings” section. Or, you can use the search field to search for “Communication Preferences”.
  2. Find the “Appointments” settings and expand the “Advanced settings”.
  3. Navigate to the “Wait List Offer” and configure the preferences to meet your needs.
    1. Select 'Communication Preferences', which can be found in the 'Account Settings' section
    2. Expand the 'Advanced settings' in the 'appointments' section
