We will take all reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of those who report an integrity or compliance concern to the extent allowed by policy and the law. Retaliation or intimidation in any form against an individual who, in good faith, reports a suspected violation of the Code of Conduct or provides information related to such reports, policies, the law or contractual obligations is prohibited.
