Steven Michael Tillem, MD

Dr. Steven Tillem treats men and women with all types of urologic conditions including in-office UroLift procedures for prostate enlargement, MRIUS fusion prostate biopsy, ‘no scalpel’ vasectomy and outpatient surgery for kidney stones and erectile dysfunction. He has achieved UroLift Center of Excellence status due to his vast experience and excellent outcomes. Dr. Tillem also treats erectile dysfunction non-surgically and is certified to administer Xiaflex therapy for Peyronie’s disease. Dr. Tillem completed his Urologic training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and is certified by the American Board of Urology. He previously served as Division Chief of Queens Urology. His many academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa and AOA medical honor society. Dr. Tillem has been named a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the New York Academy of Medicine as well as Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology at Weill Cornell Medical College. He has been listed multiple times in Castle Connolly ‘Top Doctors: New York Metro Area.’
