Scott Freiberg, MD

Dr. Freiberg, originally from Long Island, embarked on a journey in the medical field that has taken him from the bustling halls of Stony Brook University for his undergraduate studies to the serene shores of Ross University for his medical education. Following his passion for family medicine, he completed his residency at the NYMC Family Medicine program at Hoboken UMC, honing his skills and nurturing his commitment to patient care.

For the past three years, Dr. Freiberg has served as the dedicated Medical Director of Optum Urgent Care in Northern New Jersey. In this role, he demonstrated exemplary leadership, clinical expertise, and a deep-seated compassion for his patients, earning the respect of his colleagues and the gratitude of countless individuals seeking urgent medical attention. Now, Dr. Freiberg is embarking on a new chapter in his career, eagerly transitioning back to his Family Medicine roots.
