About Provider Richard Elliott Koty, MD:

Richard Koty MD is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. He is a special consultant to the Developmental Disabilities Center in Manhattan, as well as to the Neonatal Intensive Care Units at several area hospitals.

Dr. Koty is a surgical delegate with the Healing the Children Foundation, and has participated in medical missions to underprivileged areas of the world. He presently is the Assistant Director of the Pediatric Ophthalmology Service at Mt. Sinai West.

Dr. Koty’s special interests include childhood and adult strabismus, retinopathy of prematurity, and nystagmus.
