Lisa Canecchia is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in cardiology and critical care. She began her career as a registered nurse in high-acuity settings before earning her master’s degree from New York University.

Lisa spent a decade at Memorial Sloan Kettering and helped launch the first cardiac catheterization lab at Northern Westchester Hospital. She provides personalized, evidence-based care focused on heart health, preventive health, and medication management. Lisa partners with patients to create care plans that meet their goals and improve their quality of life.
