Laci Nicole Cook, NP

As of March 3, 2025, the pediatric office in Port Jefferson has relocated to 1500 Route 112, Floor 1 in Port Jefferson.

Laci Cook, NP has over seven years of experience as a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner. Prior to becoming an NP, she worked as an RN for 8 years in pediatric hematology oncology, which always holds a special place in her heart. Laci loves primary care because she feels she gets to help families in all stages of life, from newborns to adolescents with a focus on the patient as a whole and within the family. Laci has three children of her own, and she likes to bring that personal experience into the way she practices and take what she learns from my patients to become a better parent.
