Katie Sobey Rodriguez, AGNP-C

Effective November 17, 2025, Primary Care in Manhasset will be relocating to 1 Dakota Drive, Suite 220 in Lake Success.

Katie Rodriguez is a certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with over 6 years of experience. Before joining Manhasset Primary Care, Katie worked at St. Francis Hospital Internal Medicine Team. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she was an emergency room nurse working at South Nassau Hospital and Good Samaritan.  Katie’s experience has helped her identify acute illness and ailments in the primary care setting while also preventing the catastrophes that can occur when chronic disease is untreated and undetected. Her goal is to make patients feel comfortable and establish goals and a plan of care together. Katie tries to relate to patients and understand possible barriers to their healthcare together to optimize their health and well-being.

Areas of interest: promote healthy aging, provide accessible primary care, coordinate resources, and develop rich therapeutic relationships with adult patients facing acute and chronic conditions.
