Justin Chen, DO

Dr. Justin Chen is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and lifestyle medicine. He is dedicated to helping patients improve their long-term health through personalized care. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and trained at respected institutions.

Dr. Chen earned his medical degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Northwell Health Plainview Hospital. He also holds a degree from Hofstra University. He enjoys connecting with patients and helping them understand their health. Outside of work, he stays active and enjoys traveling, hiking, and weight training.

Dr. Chen believes that health is a lifelong journey built on trust, education, and small changes. He works closely with each patient to create care plans that fit their goals and lifestyle. His mission is to guide individuals toward better health through informed choices, ongoing support, and a strong doctor-patient partnership.
