Dr. Imran M. Ahmed is a highly experienced neurologist and sleep medicine specialist with over 20 years of practice at Montefiore-Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Ahmed started his education at Manhattan University, where he completed his undergraduate studies. He then went on to earn his medical degree from SUNY at Stony Brook University Renaissance School of Medicine. Following his medical education, Dr. Ahmed completed his internship at NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island. He furthered his training with a neurology residency and specialized fellowships in clinical neurophysiology and sleep medicine, all at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Ahmed is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Neurology and Sleep Medicine.
