Daniel Graff, FNP

Daniel has over 10-years of experience in the medical field, and he is most particularly interested in the primary care and internal medicine field. Mr. Graff typically serves the community starting with treatment of patients 18-years of age and older. His philosophy of patient care consists of actively listening to each patients’ questions and or concerns. This philosophy of active listening to each individual patient leads to a formatted patient centered care plan that is designed to improve overall outcomes. Not one patient's needs or concerns is the same, and each treatment plan or care is different.
