Effective June 2, 2025, Optum Cardiology will be relocating to the 100 building on South Bedford Road, on the 3rd Floor. The new suite is just a two-minute walk away.

Carmela D’Angelo, FNP specializes in cardiology. Carmela is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and holds a certification in Progressive Care Nursing.

Carmela's dedication to patient care has earned her several prestigious awards, including the Marquis Who's Who Achievements in Health Care in 2021 and the Janet Harrower Nurse of Distinction Award as Northern Westchester Hospital's Experienced Nurse of the Year in 2019.

She is an active member of the American College of Cardiology and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Carmela is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, ensuring her patients receive the best possible treatment and support.
