Anisha Vadehra was born and raised in South Burlington, Vermont. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Vermont in 2016. After gaining valuable experience in various healthcare positions. It was during this time Anisha went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York in 2020. Over the past four years, Anisha worked in both urgent care and neurology settings, becoming proficient in treating a wide range of illnesses both acute and chronic. She has developed a particular interest and expertise in gastroenterology, caring for adult patients ages 18 and over. Anisha is comfortable managing various gastrointestinal issues, including esophageal problems, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, and rectal pain. As a physician assistant, Anisha believes in providing comprehensive care to her patients. She achieves this by actively listening, understanding, and advocating for each individual's unique needs. Her approach ensures that every patient feels heard and supported throughout their treatment journey.
Anisha resides in Hudson Valley with her husband, dog, and cat. Her free time is often spent exploring nature through hiking and kayaking. She also enjoys baking/cooking and unwinding by reading a good book.
