Alpha Health Associates has joined Optum

The Alpha Health Associates office location, phone number, hospital affiliations, and specialist referrals will remain the same.

You can continue to contact the office for appointments or questions, and Optum will continue to accept most insurance plans accepted by Alpha Health Associates. If you have any insurance related questions, please contact us online at or call Jennifer Rosario, patient billing Assistant at 1-212-726-7443.

Patient portal update:

For coordinated and efficient care, you will need to create a new MyChart account to access the Optum patient portal. If you have not done so already, you can do this in two ways:

1. When you come in for your next appointment, our front desk staff can help to set you up with a new account.
2. You can go to the Optum patient portal information page and select the Sign up now link.

You will be able to link your Optum Health and Atlantic Health MyChart accounts by logging into either MyChart account and navigating to the Link My Accounts activity. If you need assistance, please reach out to the Optum support line at 1-833-678-8687 . They are available to help Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
