Mary Busto, APN

Mary Busto, APN cares for patients as a Nurse Practitioner in our hospital environments. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 2008. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing Degree at William Paterson University in 2015. Mary is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center for Adult Gerontology and is also a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She also was a PI for a research project called “Perceptions of Factors Affecting Preservation of Dignity in Elderly Patients in the Acute Care Setting“ in 2013.

Mary’s special interests are dementia care, hospice, and physical therapy. Her personal Philosophy with patient care is, “Provide compassionate care to patients with emphasis on supporting quality of life and functionality.“ Mary is married with 3 children and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, backpacking, and travel. We welcome Mary Busto with open arms to our growing family.
